Friendly, timely and cost effective

Fast and excellent services

Sorry this review is so late. End of December 2025 my niece and I had vehicle issues in Thunder Bay and we were pulling a uhaul trailer. CAA wouldn't help us because of the trailer. Kent's towing came and unhooked the trailer and took it to their secure yard for temporary storage (4-5 days). Kent's was quick, courteous, reasonably priced, and friendly. It was very pleasant to deal with a business that cares about the customer and still has old fashioned values. Kent's goes above and beyond in customer service! I highly recommend Kent's towing!!

Everyone at this company was so helpful. After being in a bad MVA they towed the vehicle and offered help and advice for the next steps. Would highly recommend their services if you ever need any tow services!!!!

My car broke down and they helped me while I was in a bind. I found their operator to be professional and kind; which extended to other service technicians as well Deeply appreciative of their services. Would recommend.

On Tuesday January 6, 2025 we contacted CAA and needed assistance with our SUV which wouldn’t start, non battery related. Jamie arrive promptly/on schedule and I have to say he was so knowledgeable, patient, calm! The SUV was loaded quickly and brought to Mitsubishi for us to repair. Our entire family were so impressed with Jamie and the service we just had to place a review! Thank you ever so much👍

I didn’t catch his name but the gentleman who helped me this week regarding my car accident was wonderful. Gave me information I needed and put my mind at ease. Thank you for everything.

UPDATE: Oct 2/25. AWESOME as ever. Prompt, friendly, awesome people to deal with!!! May 2025 I needed my car to go to Rob's Automotive when my brake line broke while I was taking my furbabies to their groomer. On the way home, my brake pedal went down to the floor. I was still stopping but barely. Thank god I got home safely. Called my mechanic, Rob ( great guy), and he said get it here tomorrow, and we'll look at it. It was around supper time, so I waited until this morning because it was already late in the day. The first one I called was an automated answering machine, and I hung up because I needed to talk to someone immediately to arrange this quickly. (Sorry, Gary's, not.) The second one I called said, "Sure, let me see if the driver has time to do it today.' Unfortunately she came back on the phone and told me they were too busy, but recommended Kent towing. Thank you, NORTHWOOD Towing. I called them. We went through the let me talk to the driver first and wow, she said that it would be about 1 to 1 1/2 hours and he would be here. My furbabies started barking, and I started to tell them there's nothing there, now hush..... Lol, I looked out, and the flatbed was already here about 20 minutes after I got off the phone. Yay!!!! AWESOME service, friendly, courteous .......

On Tuesday September 16th my dad was on his way home from camp with his boat. Only 3 blocks from his house the tire and rim came flying off his trailer. My dad called 3 different well known towing companies to be told they either could not help unless he had a certain part or that it would take them up to 48 hours to respond as they were so busy. The trailer was blocking part of a parking lot and back lane. Not something that is able to wait for 48 days. He then called Kent Towing and recovery and was met with excellent customer services, not expectation of him having equipment that the company can you and a quick response time. Adam from Kent Towing arrived within 30 minutes of my dad calling, very professional and knowledgeable. My entire family would highly recommended Kent towing and I’m sure all the employees are just as knowledgeable but if you get Adam it’s your lucky day.

I can't say enough good things about this company. After the experience I had today with a different company, I didn't even want to deal with it anymore. I called Kent's Towing and within 20 minutes I had the most amazing driver ever come and show up to tow my vehicle. Both the person I spoke with on the phone and the driver were super amazing and fast! I had waited with the other company over 11 hours to get yelled at by a "manager," and this took a total of less than an hour to show up and deliver my car. I will use them over and over again!!! Thank you so much for being respectful to your customers. P.S. They were also around $15-$20 cheaper than the other company.

I am very pleased to share my positive experience with Kent's Towing. They offered prompt service and a reasonable price. The team was professional and friendly on the phone, which was reassuring when my truck broke down. While I hope not to require their services again soon, I would certainly contact Kent's Towing in the future over any other service in town . Thanks for saving the day guys

I called Gary’s for a tow and had nothing but issues for a simple in town tow, so I gave my business to Kent’s instead and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Mike was super professional and even gave me a heads up that he was actively on his way! Glad to see a local company doing great things!

Shortly after surgery, I found my rear tire completely flat and needed to have my spare tire installed. I knew that there would be a delay. After all people are not sitting in idling trucks waiting for a call - I am just one of money. Still, a tow truck came around the corner an hour after my call. Adam, the technician was very persistent as each stage of getting my spare tire out was fraught with complexities. Still, he worked the problems, and on went the spare tire. Nice clean up. Well mannered. Truly helpful. I would recommend Kent Towing and hope that a very thorough technician such as Adam comes through for you. Way to go Kent Towing and Recovery. Thank you Adam

Fabulous delivery of a sea can. Driver took the time to use our materials to level the sea can and time to show how to open and close it. Great aervice
